Based in Shawnee Kansas with a location in Kansas City Missoui we service the surrounding areas of the Kansas City areas as well as all suburbs. Russell Florist can arrange to send flowers to any area of the United States as well as most areas of the world that have floral service. Keep in mind we are a true floral shop that does our own designing and we bring in flowers direct from the shippers. unlike large 800 floral services that you call that do not have a floral shop, these companies rely on us to fill their orders. On orders out of our area we deal with the featured florists that belong to FTD and Teleflora to give our customers the special care they deserve.
